Question 2
What is the salary of a Game Artist?
The wage that a game artist has depends on how long they work and what they know about their positions in the job and what to do. The web site animation arena says "A video game artist that is either just entering the business or has less then three years of experience can plan on making, on the average $41,500 a year. Once you have gained at least three years your earning will increase to $53,300. A game artist that can last in the business for over six years will make $66,700 a year" (http://www.animationarena.com/video-game-salary.html). So really they just have to work for at least four years to get a higher paycheck. The more they work and experience they gain, the more people will hire them for the job and will be willing to pay large sums for their work.
In another web called The Average Salary of Video Game Artists says "Video game artists and animators earned an average $71,354 per year in the United States, and professionals earned higher average annual pay including gaming company executives at $106,452, production at $88,544 and programming at $85,733" (Video Game Artists by Aurelio Locsin,http://work.chron.com/average-salary-video-game-artists-9911.html). Another thing it says is that "Only about 11 percent of video game artists were female. They earned average yearly pay of $59,224, compared to the $72,924 made by males"(Video Game Artists by Aurelio Locsin,http://work.chron.com/average-salary-video-game-artists-9911.html). The explanation for this cite is that they need experience to gain more work hours and higher pay, and that males get paid more than woman.
